Initial Consultation online
Service Description
Booking an initial consultation is the preferred first step to ensure that sessions are a good fit for you. This meeting would help you and your therapist have a better initial understanding of your current situation and concerns, your hesitations, expectations, and goals for therapy. We will discuss how you can work together, and if relevant, who would be helpful to invite to sessions. An initial consultation also gives you a chance to meet your therapist and ask her questions about her practice before deciding whether you would like to commit to further sessions.
Cancellation Policy
Tania will not charge for cancellations if she is given 24 hours notice. For face-to-face appointments, cancellations will usually be charged 75% of the full fee if there is less than 24 hours' notice. For online sessions, no fee will be charged. Cancellations can be made by phone, voicemail/text, or email.
